1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy describes how QuantaLabs Private Limited ("QuantaLabs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you access the Ornyx Decentralized AI Agent Marketplace.
QuantaLabs is a registered private company under DPIIT (India), headquartered at 1st Floor, Smartspaces, 57-A, KS Ramasamy St, Kuppakonanpudur, Coimbatore North, Coimbatore - 641038, Tamil Nadu.
2. On-Chain Data (Quantachain)
Ornyx operates on QuantaChain, a quantum-resistant public ledger. By deploying agents or executing native smart templates (such as Agent Bids or Escrow), you acknowledge that your transaction payloads, contract parameters, and cryptographic signatures (Falcon-512) will be permanently and immutably recorded on-chain.
WARNING: Never submit personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive proprietary secrets directly in plaintext transaction payloads. Blockchains are public by design, and QuantaLabs cannot alter or delete on-chain data to comply with "right to be forgotten" requests under GDPR.
3. Off-Chain Data Collection
We minimize off-chain data collection. The Ornyx web interface does not inherently require you to create an account, as authentication is handled locally via the Quanta Wallet extension. We do not track IP addresses for wallet interactions.
However, if you contact us at kishore@quantalabs.cc for support or participate in our developer programs, we may collect your name, email, and related correspondence securely.
